When I first started with Norwex nine years ago, I had little business or sales experience, and never imagined anything beyond earning some extra income for my family while my kids were at school. I loved Norwex’s mission and products, and I enjoyed sharing my passion for creating safe havens with friends and family. That, I assumed, was as far as it would go.
With time, however, through my work with Norwex, I have developed critical business and management skills that have helped me grow a thriving business and become one of the top Norwex leaders in the United States. Who knew that while I was doing what I loved — talking to others about the benefits of green cleaning and healthy homes — I would also learn about communications and marketing, accounting, time management, sales strategies, and so much more?
I am incredibly grateful for the success I have experienced with Norwex, and one of the aspects of my work that is most rewarding for me is being able to use what I’ve learned to help others build their own thriving businesses. I love helping others make the most of their Norwex journey.
In 2009, I started the Go Green Team with the goal of bringing together independent Norwex consultants to share with them the resources and tools that help me, and to build a collaborative and mutually supportive community to benefit everyone on the team. I have developed systems and tools the Norwex consultants I guide can duplicate easily. Through a secure website, I provide exclusively for Green Team members, I deliver an array of resources — including online discussion forums, event calendars and a work-at-your-own-pace learning platform — to help Norwex consultants build their careers and meet their goals.
Today, I’m proud to be able to say that the Go Green Team is one of the most successful and supportive networks of Norwex sales consultants in North America. Our team is made up of more than 9,000 consultants from all over the country.
