Remember: tax is to be applied at the rate where the product is being shipped. So, for example, if you’re shipping packages to your house, use the tax calculator to look up the tax rate for your ZIP code, and use that rate. However, if you’re tracking purchases as “direct sales,” or if you have products shipped to the host of a Norwex event, you need to look up that person’s ZIP code and charge a tax rate accordingly.
